Newer to the specialty coffee world than upstairs neighbour Norway, Copenhagen has come leaps and bounds in the past few years. Still relatively thin on the ground in terms of choice, the few good coffee shops in town do a solid enough job that you can keep them on rotation and not be too fussed about more options, for now.

The world moves by slowly here, with locals content with sauntering through the day with nowhere to go in a hurry. Our guide lets you know where to eat and grab a coffee in this hidden gem of a town.

A hallucinative journey through the peculiar and provoking museum of Hermann Nitsch in Napoli, Italy. A testament to extreme thinking and pushing the boundaries of what is considered "art", and yet a vitally important foundation of our sense of balance in society. Places like this must continue to exist and challenge, and ask questions.

Discover the hidden ossuary just ten minutes from the Milan duomo. This little known skull room is overlooked by the majority of Milan's residents, and boasts a handful of visitors each day. Make sure to check the timings and be respectful inside even though there may be a metal band doing a photoshoot.

Istanbul is more than a sludgy cup of gritty coffee. For the past decade the third-wave coffee entrepreneurs have been hard at work creating some cafes that are truly worthy of detours. The Mouth's editor spent months researching and visiting almost every cafe conceivable before coming up with this hand-picked list.

Good coffee is the perfect start to any day, so finding the best coffee in Kuala Lumpur was a task we didn't take lightly. After months of light-headed research here are the places we think serve you the best versions of popular coffee renditions. Some places are for the lazy Sunday coffee with an iPad, others are reserved for true coffee nerds, but with a little guidance you'll be resisting the urge to order a "Grande" and settle for some true local charm instead.

Escaping religious persecution in the 8th-9th century, a group of Parsi's settled in the coastal city of Mumbai (via Gujarat). A melting pot of cultures already from around the sub-continent, they found a home in the busy streets of Bombay, and over time began to leave their own fingerprint on the cities cultural and culinary fabric.

A talk with chef and owner of Fu Shou Noodle Club in Ubud, a place famous for their hand-made noodles. Locally regarded as one of the best places to eat in Ubud, it is desperately under-visited by tourists. We hope in the future Fu Shou will gain more recognition for the amazing work they are doing in the Balinese culinary scene.

No matter whether you prefer your ramen Halal or porkified, we have scoured the city top to bottom to find the ramen shops that deserve the hype or slip by unnoticed. Our bonafide broth-worshipper has attacked them in order and formation, and if you don't see a shop in here the chances are we've eaten there but didn't feel it justified the top 10.
