Cambodias capital city doesn't get much love. Known universally as a dustbowl of epic proportions, the fact that it truly is one helps the cause. You'd be hard pressed to walk three blocks without getting whipped in the face by a crop-dusting of particles. Life for an asthmatic is hell, but luckily there are a few places to eat housed indoors away from the carnage.
With a mix of local Khmer cuisine and some truly great international spots, Phnom Penh is not at all a bad spot to camp down for a few days and stuff your face.
